How to Use: Apply the necessary amount of Vitamin C Brightening Matte Foundation SPF 30 to clean skin or over your regular skincare. Spread evenly and allow it to absorb. Apply the rest of your makeup on top. The foundation should be applied 15-20 minutes before sun exposure — this is the minimum time required for the sunscreen filters to form a barrier.
