How to use:
1. Thoroughly wash your face, making sure there are no creams, lotions, or makeup on it.
2. Dry your hands, then open the package and separate the strip from the plastic liner. Use the opened package quickly so that the strip easily separates from the liner.
3. Thoroughly wet your nose with water. If the nose is not wet enough, the strip may not stick and will not be effective.
4. Apply the strip to the moistened area of the nose with the shiny side towards the skin.
Press down and smooth out air bubbles to ensure good contact with the skin.
5. Allow the strip to dry for 10–15 minutes. The strip should feel stiff as it dries. Depending on humidity, climate, or perspiration, leave it on a little longer or shorter.
6. Once the strip is dry, slowly and carefully remove the strip starting from the edges, pulling towards the center. If any residue remains, rinse off with water.
