The Ordinary - Caffeine Solution 5% + EGCG - a water-based serum for reducing puffiness and dark circles under the eyes. It contains a high concentration of caffeine, which stimulates microcirculation in the skin and constricts blood vessels, helping to reduce puffiness and lighten dark circles, as well as EGCG, that is epigallocatechin gallate, derived from green tea leaves, possessing strong antioxidant (much stronger than vitamin C), strengthening, and anti-aging effects. The pH level of the serum ranges between 4.5 and 5.0.
