Eye Serum with Caffeine and Green TeaThe Ordinary - Caffeine Solution 5% + EGCG - is a water-based serum designed to reduce puffiness and dark circles under the eyes. It contains a high concentration of caffeine, which stimulates microcirculation in the skin and constricts blood vessels, helping to reduce puffiness and lighten dark circles. It also contains EGCG, or epigallocatechin gallate, derived from green tea leaves, which has a strong antioxidant (much stronger than vitamin C), strengthening and anti-aging effect.
