Refund policy

We hope you will be happy with your purchase from us. If not, you have the right to return the product to us and receive a full refund in accordance with this Returns policy.

By law, you are entitled to withdraw from an agreement concluded on the Internet without giving a reason within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of delivery of the products. So, if you wish to exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to return the products within the aforesaid time limit. The best way to do this is to contact us at support@isei.cy or contact us by phone: 25001200. You can use the model withdrawal form below (however, this is not obligatory).

In the event you withdraw from the agreement, we will refund you the purchase price of the products. no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of withdrawal. However, in accordance with the law, we may wait for the payment until you return the goods. For the refund, we shall use the same means of payment you used to pay the purchase price, unless we agree otherwise.

Without delay, no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of withdrawal, you should send the products to Kosti Palama Str. 21, Kapsalos 4001 Limassol. Please note, that you shall bear all costs associated with the return of the products. Please return the products in suitable packaging to ensure it reaches us in good condition. We will not be held responsible for any product that is damaged or lost during its return to us. If we sent you an additional free product (gift), it is necessary also to return this gift. In the event that you do not send us the gift back along with the products, we are entitled to halt the return of the purchase price of the products to you until the gift is returned.

Exceptions. Products can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused, and in the condition, they were received, in their original box and/or packaging with all tamper-resistant seals.

Please note that, by law, you are not entitled to withdraw from the agreement in the case of products manufactured according to your requirements or customised products (e.g., packaging with customised engravings) and products that have been taken out from their packaging, opened, or tested, and that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (e.g., hair accessories, underwear, opened cosmetic preparations and other products that come into direct contact with your skin). In addition, it is not possible to withdraw from the service contract of gift or ecological wrapping once the product has been wrapped, as the service has therefore been provided (we proceed to deliver the service of gift or ecological wrapping without delay after the order has been placed, provided that you have chosen this particular service).
